To cancel your order you should IMMEDIATELY to inform us by phone at 21 0766 5081 as well as by e-mail at store contact form or at psonistores@gmail.com, before it is sent. If you have delayed informing us that you wish to cancel your order and it has been shipped, then you will be charged for its shipping costs. Under no circumstances can an order for products manufactured according to the Customer's specifications (special orders) be cancelled.
PRODUCT RETURNS/WITHDRAWAL A necessary condition for the return of products is that you have in your possession the relevant purchase document that proves the transaction (e.g. Retail Receipt, Sales Invoice/Shipping Note, etc.). You have the right to return products within 14 days from the date of receipt. From the moment you decide to change a product for any reason, we would ask you to inform us of your intention as soon as possible by phone and e-mail. replacement of the product even though it is not the responsibility of the company but of the transport or of the customer himself. In these cases the company assumes the cost of the item and the customer the transport.!!
DOES NOT APPLY TO SEASONAL PRODUCTS SUCH AS SPECIAL ORDER AND OPENED PRODUCTS UNJUSTIFIED WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has the right to withdraw without reason from the concluded sales contract within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. In case the Customer orders several goods in one order, which have been delivered to him separately, the period of fourteen (14) calendar days starts from the day of delivery of the last good to the Customer. In the case of a service contract, a right of withdrawal is provided for within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract. In order to comply with the withdrawal deadline, the Customer need only send a clear declaration of withdrawal to the Company by post (Kydion 33 & Chimaras 7, Byronas 162 32) or through the contact form, within the above deadline of fourteen (14) calendar days, with which he will inform us of his decision to return the product. The Customer is obliged to return the product within fourteen (14) calendar days at the latest from the day of receipt on which he announced his decision to withdraw. The product must be in its original condition, unused, its packaging intact (closed) and including the original contents. The direct cost of returning the products will be borne by the Customer. Within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which the Company is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw, the Company will refund the payment made by the Customer for the purchase of the product excluding shipping. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that the Customer used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed between the Company and the Customer. In any case, the Customer will not be charged any costs resulting from the refund.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
We inform our Customers that the right of unreasoned withdrawal does not apply in the following cases: a) In the supply of goods manufactured according to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized. b) In the supply of goods which can be damaged or expire soon. c) In the supply of sealed goods, which are not suitable for return, for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery, such as personal care, hygiene products, etc. d) In the supply of sealed audio documents or sealed video documents or sealed computer software, unsealed after delivery. e) In the supply of goods, which, after delivery due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other elements. f) In the supply of goods, which at the time of the order by the Customer appeared with an availability status of "On Order". g) In the supply of seasonal products.
ESPECIALLY FOR YOUR MONEY BACK
Especially for the cases of payment by you by cash on delivery at your residence, in any case it is not possible to refund the money with the means you used in the original transaction, the refund of your money, in case of withdrawal, will be made, after consultation, by deposit to your bank account at no cost to you. The Company, however, is entitled to withhold the refund until it receives back the products or until the Customer provides evidence that it has returned the products, whichever occurs first. The Customer shall be liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling which was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
RETURN DUE TO DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, WRONG SHIPMENT, ETC.
At the time of delivery of the order, the Customer has the right - in the presence of the carrier - to check the goods delivered to him, in order to detect in time any obvious defects (bumps, alterations, scratches, missing parts, etc.) or any incorrect shipment of products. In any case, the Customer must inform the Company immediately, without delay, and after relevant consultation, return the product within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt. In case of a defective product, which will be judged by the person or by the company representing the product after inspection, or a product that lacks the agreed properties, the customer has the right, at his choice: 1) to withdraw from the contract, unless the defect is immaterial, 2) to request, at no charge, the correction or replacement of the product with another, unless such action is impossible or requires disproportionate costs, or 3) to request, at no charge, the replacement of the product with another model of his choice at a corresponding price (for price differences, contact with the store is necessary). In this case, the costs of return (and/or of the new shipment, in the cases of replacement/change) will be borne by the Company.
MINORS
The use of the Website by persons who have not reached the age of 18 or who do not have the legal capacity required by law is prohibited.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
If any of the above Terms and Conditions of Use is deemed illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the specific term will be considered as if it had not been written, but without affecting the enforceability and validity of the remaining terms. The Company may at any time modify any or all of the Terms and Conditions of Use contained herein and users shall be deemed to have been notified and bound by such changes from the moment they appear on the Company's Website. The Company reserves the right to modify or delete material on the Website at any time at its sole and discretion. Returns are accepted only if the products have not been unsealed, their packaging has not been damaged and in general they are in the condition they were received and have all the accompanying documents (shipping note/invoice/receipt). As long as you return them by your own means to the physical store NOT you bear no cost, otherwise you bear the cost of transport that will be requested by the company (transporter or courier) you choose.
