ORDER CANCELLATION
For the cancellation of your order you must IMMEDIATELY inform us by phone at 21 0766 5081 as well as by e-mail in the store's contact form or at psonistores@gmail.com,before it is sent. If you have been late in informing us that you wish to cancel your order and it has been shipped, then you are charged the shipping costs. In no case can an order of products manufactured according to the Customer's specifications be cancelled (special orders).
PRODUCT RETURNS / WITHDRAWAL A prerequisite for the return of products is that you have in your possession the relevant purchase document that proves the transaction (e.g. Retail Receipt, Sales Invoice / Consignment Note, etc.). You have the right to return products within 14 days from the date of receipt. From the moment that for any reason you decide to change a product, we kindly ask you to inform us of your intention as soon as possible by phone and by e-mail.Our Company may in specific cases, in specific cases, for the convenience of the customer, proceed to replace the product even though it is not the responsibility of the company but of the transport or the customer himself.In these cases the company undertakes the cost of the object and the customer the metaphorically.!! IT DOES NOT APPLY TO SEASONAL PRODUCTS AS WELL AS TO PRODUCTS OF SPECIAL ORDER AND PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED THE PACKAGEOFUNJUSTIFIED WITHDRAWAL
THE CUSTOMER HAS THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW WITHOUT JUSTIFICATION FROM THE CONCLUDED SALES CONTRACT WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT.  In case of order by the Customer of several goods with one order, which have been delivered separately, the deadline of fourteen (14) calendar days starts from the day of delivery of the last good to the Customer. In the case of a service contract, there is a right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, the Customer is sufficient to send by post (Kydonion 33 & Himaras 7, Vyronas 162 32) or through the contact form, within the above deadline of fourteen (14) calendar days, a clear statement of withdrawal to the Company, informing us of his decision to return the product. The Customer is obliged to return the product no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt on which he announced his decision on withdrawal. The product must be in its original condition, not have been used, its packaging must be intact (closed) and include the original contents. The direct cost of returning the products will be borne by the Customer. Within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which the Company is informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw, the Company will refund the payment made by the Customer for the purchase of the product other than the transport. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that the Client used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed between the Company and the Client. In any case, no costs arising from the refund are charged to the Customer.
ESPECIALLY FOR THE RETURN OF YOUR MONEY
Especially for cases of payment by you by cash on delivery to your residence, in any case it is not possible to refund money by the means you used in the initial transaction, the refund of your money, in case of withdrawal, will be made, upon request, by deposit to your bank account at your own expense. The Company, however, is entitled to withhold the refund of the price, until it receives back the products or until the Customer provides proof that he has returned the products, whichever comes first. The Customer shall be liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from manipulation that was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
WITHDRAWAL DUE TO DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, WRONG SHIPMENT, ETC.
At the time of delivery of the order, the Customer is entitled – in the presence of the carrier – to check the goods delivered to him, in order to detect in time any obvious defects (bumps, alterations, scratches, missing parts, etc.) or any incorrect shipment of products. In any case, the Customer must immediately inform, without delay, the Company and upon request, return the product within fourteen (14) calendar days from its receipt. In the case of a defective product, which will be judged by the owner or by the company representing the product after inspection, or a product that lacks the agreed properties, the customer has the right, at his choice: 1) to withdraw from the contract, unless the defect is inconsequential, 2) to request, without burdening him, the correction or replacement of the product with another, unless such an action is impossible or requires disproportionate costs, or 3) to request, without charge, the replacement of the product with another model of its liking at a corresponding price (for price differences communication with the store is necessary). In this case, the return costs (and / or the new shipment, in cases of replacement / change) will be borne by the Company.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
We inform our Customers that the right of unjustified withdrawal does not apply in the following cases: a) The supply of goods manufactured according to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized. b) The supply of goods which may deteriorate or expire soon. c) The supply of sealed goods, which are not suitable for return, for reasons of health protection or for hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery, such as personal care products, hygiene, etc. d) The supply of sealed audio documents or sealed video documents or sealed software for computers, unsealed after delivery. e) The supply of goods, which, after delivery due to their nature, are inseparable mixed with other elements. f) The supply of goods, which during the order by the Customer appeared with a status of availability "Upon Order". g) The supply of seasonal products.

It is forbidden to use the Website by persons who have not reached the age of 18 or do not have the required legal capacity by law.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

Returns are accepted only if the products have not been unsealed, their packaging has not been damaged and generally are in the condition in which they have been received and carry all the accompanying documents (shipping note / invoice / receipt). If you return them by your own means to the physical store you are NOT charged with any cost, otherwise you will be charged with the transport cost that will be requested by the company (courier or courier) you choose.
